We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Vissla report or subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the instructions, or email us at hello@vissla.app and we will help you.
For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the current period, but the 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
